Jay King founded Desert Rose Trading in Albuquerque, New Mexico in the early 1980s, offering Southwest design high quality sterling silver and natural stone jewelry.
He has become a successful figure in the jewelry industry and on television's Home Shopping Network, still creating collections today.
This is a very early Jay King piece. There are four strands of faceted mother of pearl beads with accent turquoise beads and heavy sterling silver caps and clasp.
The necklace measures 17" long, with a 3" chain extender.
The mother of pearl and turquoise beads are 6mm diameter.
